Arlington Ageless Masters Team
The Arlington Ageless Masters Team welcomes all ability levels
and ages. Swimmers train in the same lane as others with similar
abilities. Yardage per practice ranges from 2,000-3,000 yards
during the week and 3,000-5,000 on Sundays. Monday and Wednesday
nights we offer a stroke clinic to anyone interested. This clinic
provides the most up-to-date stroke technique instruction for any
stroke the swimmer is looking to improve.

Fees
The first practice is a free trial and then " punch tickets" are
used after that. Punch tickets can be purchased at the front desk
of the pool at the following rates:
12 swims = $61(check payable to Treasurer,
Arlington County)
36 swims = $154 (check payable to
Treasurer, Arlington County)
There is also a one time annual fee of
$40 (check payable to AAMST). This fee covers your
registration with USA Masters and your annual team dues.
